- Bringing your pet to The Avenues Veteninary Centre - Rutherglen, Glasgow is easy. As we have long consulting hours, abundant parking and we are also open on Saturday mornings. We are also covered after hours with an emergency vet service. Our fees are also very fair. We have several qualified vets and veterinary nurses and administration staff working at one time. Therefore you can be assured that both you and your pet will be well looked after.
Ronan McConville MRCVSRonan qualified from Glasgow University Veterinary School in 1988. He first worked in a farm animal practice in Cumbria. He subsequently worked in various mixed practices in Northern England before returning to Glasgow in 1988.
Nicola McConville MRCVSNicola also studied veterinary medicine at Glasgow. She qualified in 1989. Since 2003 she has worked solely at The Avenues. From 1998 she worked part –time for the PDSA for a number of years while also working at The Avenues Veterinary Centre.
